DESIGN SERVICES:
CAMtek’s engineering group will analyze your product design and establish manufacturing
processes that meet your specific requirements: from detailed Fabrication and Assembly drawings
to gerber and drill files. In addition, CAMtek’s engineering team will identify the processes
and systems (DFM) to give you the lowest cost of ownership while maintaining world-class
quality standards
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY:
Prototype to production, CAMtek works closely with customers, meeting regularly to review
processes in order to optimize manufacturing, maximize assembly yields, and minimize total cost.
We have carefully chosen equipment for accurate placement of components such as fine pitch and
ball grid array while maintaining capacity for production volumes. Assembly processes are
documented to comply with ISO 9002 standards utilizing the IPC class II/III standards for
inspection.
BOX BUILDS:
CAMtek’s experienced, dedicated and certified work force assembles and inspects a wide
range of applications including potting, conformal coating, cables and completed final
assemblies (box builds).
TEST:
Functional and/or In-Circuit testing is performed utilizing customer supplied
fixtures and procedures.
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT:
Full service materials procurement - with flexibility for consignment. Customer
specific/project specific purchasing, utilizing a fully integrated ERP system.
DISTRIBUTION:
